Hair Therapy London provides holistic scalp and hair wellness services, including trichology consultations, scalp therapies, and nervous-system–focused treatments.

• All services are pre-paid. Appointments are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
   
• Unpaid bookings cannot be held or confirmed.
   
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Programme payments must be completed as agreed at the time of enrolment.
   

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
   
• Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
   
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 100% of the service fee.
   
• Programme sessions missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited.
   

• Clinic days are dedicated specialist days with limited availability.
   
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future booking or mandatory prepayment for all services.
   

• Many treatments involve the use of therapeutic scalp oils, selected based on your individual needs.

•  All oils used at Hair Therapy London are organic, handmade, and prepared in line with Ayurvedic principles.
   
• Scalp oils are not removed at the end of the session.
   
• Clients should be prepared to leave with oil in the hair and plan accordingly.
   
• Hair Therapy London is not responsible for clothing or personal items affected by oil use.
   

• Consultations and treatments are designed to support scalp health and hair wellbeing.
   
• Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
   
• Services provided are not medical diagnoses and do not replace advice from a GP, dermatologist, or medical specialist.
   
• Clients remain responsible for their own health decisions and follow-up care.
   

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.
   
• Hair Therapy London is not liable for issues arising from withheld or incorrect information.
   
• By booking a service, you confirm that you consent to treatments provided and understand their nature.
   

• Programme bookings (e.g. 3- or 6-month programmes) are non-refundable once commenced.
   
• Programme sessions are scheduled in advance and must be used within the agreed timeframe.
   
• Unused sessions may be forfeited if not attended or rescheduled within policy guidelines.
